Parkhead Fitness was created by me, Caroline Grange, to focus on strength training for all. I am a firm believer in strength training playing a critical role in our wellbeing at all stages of life.

Hosted in a beautiful space located by Greenwich Park, I am truly committed to the sessions supporting you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
